We'll fill and mail your prescriptions

It's easy to have your one-time or monthly prescriptions delivered to your home or other preferred address automatically – for free. (Plus, you can skip the trip to the pharmacy.)

Getting your medications in the mail is a two-step process. Once you've enrolled in the mail order delivery program, you'll also need to request new prescriptions so you can transfer your medications to the Advocate Aurora Health Mail Order Pharmacy. We offer mail order delivery to all states except Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Utah and Virginia. Please note that controlled substances – drugs such as opioids or stimulants that are subject to government regulation – can only be shipped to Illinois and Wisconsin at this time. You must be over the age of 18 to sign for a controlled substance delivery.

What are maintenance medications?
Any medication you take on a regular basis can be considered a maintenance medication. These medications are typically used to treat chronic conditions such as heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and asthma. Birth control pills are also considered maintenance medications.

How much does it cost to use the mail order pharmacy?
It's free to enroll in the mail order delivery program, and we don't charge shipping, processing or convenience fees. You're only charged for the amount you're responsible for, and your payment is only processed after your prescription is billed through your prescription insurance plan.

What is the auto-refill program?
Most patients enroll in our auto-refill service so they don't have to order refills in the future. You can sign up for the auto-refill program when you enroll or by calling us at 877-409-0148. When you're out of refills, our pharmacists will reach out to your doctor to help avoid interruptions to your treatment plan. You can change your auto-refill preferences at any time by calling the pharmacy.
